Hi, I’M JENN REID.
I am a busy Mom to two beautiful girls, a Wife to a shift worker, and also a Nutrition and Fitness Coach!
I have always loved fitness and nutrition but really decided to delve into it more when I became ill back in 2021. To be honest, at that point in my life, I was going through a really rough time. I had been working a very stressful job for 17 years, as a shift worker and had definitely let my health and nutrition fall by the way side. After a few scary medical issues, I decided to finally get back into a local gym and after about 6 months, I not only made great friends but felt as though I was truly finding myself again. I was finally able to start sleeping a more regular schedule again and began to notice small physical changes. I then started to focus more on my Nutrition and that’s when the big changes happened! My mood improved dramatically, my sleep was the best it had been in years and I felt like (and started to look like) the me who had been gone for so many years. So, I decided to retire from that stressful job and dedicate my time to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach!
I love to help anyone but specialize in helping shift workers and first responders find a balance in meal prep and eating foods that help support them through their long shifts. My passion is helping others discover themselves again, through a wholistic approach of Nutrition, Physical movement and self care.
Jenn holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts, with a Double Major in Psychology & Criminology from the University of St. Thomas.
She has also completed her Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Certification through ISSA.
