how long is our initial consultation?

Our initial consultation will be approximately 30 minutes. This can be done over the phone, via FaceTime or Skype, or if preferred, in person.

what kind of information do you collect from me during our initial consultation?

I will collect basic information, like age, telephone number, email, and measurements. All of this information is kept completely confidential.

WHAT WILL WE DISCUSS DURING OUR INITIAL consultation?

We will discuss your goals, the available time you have during the week to make your goals happen and what you can expect from me during our Coaching sessions and throughout the week / month.

is it possible to change the level of coaching from week to week or month to month?

Yes! I am here to help YOU! Every week we will have a check in (no matter what tier you are on) and if at any point you are wanting to increase or decrease your tier of service, we can certainly do that.
