Homemade protein bars:  

Ingredients:

3/4 cup peanut butter (188 grams)

2 Tbsp coconut oil (28 grams)

1/3 cup of maple syrup (107g)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla 

3/4 tsp Himalayan salt 

2 Tbsps flax seeds

2 scoops protein powder(I use chocolate peanut butter flavour but Vanilla also works great)

2.5 cups rolled oats (250 grams)

2/3 cup of chocolate chips (160 grams)

(You can also add nuts or other seeds etc)

Directions: Microwave the peanut butter and coconut oil in microwave at 30 second intervals until the oil is melted. Stir well, then add all other ingredients leaving the oats and choc chips until the end. When all mixed together well, add in rolled oats and chocolate chips. Place in a square baking dish 8x8 or 9x9. Bake in oven at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes, or until bars are slightly brown on top or beginning to bubble on the edges. 

Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and then cut into 16 squares (4x4) and the Macros for each bar / square are as follows:
