Let me help you with your Nutrition! Have you been struggling with food and meal ideas? Are you struggling to build muscle or loose body fat? I can help!
I also specialize in helping shift workers meal prep and find foods that work for them during their long shifts.
You can decide what level of Coaching you may need . I offer 3 different tiers, so that you can find the one that best suits your financial and specific Nutrition goals.
AVAILABLE NUTRITION COACHING TIERS:
FOODIE TIER:
- Includes initial consultation (30 minutes, via phone or FaceTime / Skype).
- Includes dietary recommendations, Macro calculation and a brief Macro explanation to tailor your self made plan.
- Weekly check ins via email. Day of check in to be decided during initial consultation.
$120/month (4 weeks)
PATRON TIER:
- Includes everything in FOODIE TIER and also includes Private messaging via WhatsApp for questions or concerns throughout the week. Weekly check in done via phone call or FaceTime / Skype for a more personalized check in.
$200/month (4 weeks)
CRITIC TIER:
- Includes everything in the PATRON TIER and also includes a more tailored meal plan, with 3 meal ideas / recipes for the week to help meet your Macro recommendations.
- Also includes a 1:1 in Person or FaceTime / Skype meeting to go over weekly food plan, concerns or Macro adjustments that need to be made.
$300/month (4 weeks)
All Tiers are on a monthly subscription (4 weeks) but can be changed at anytime to a Lower or Higher tier.
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you’re looking for something new or to just step up your training, I can help! I work with you to develop a tailored plan that will suit your schedule and your goals.
At this time I offer Personal Training via online or I can create a tailored plan for you to perform on your own, in your own home gym or a gym of your choosing.
