Let me help you with your Nutrition! Have you been struggling with food and meal ideas? Are you struggling to build muscle or loose body fat? I can help!
I also specialize in helping shift workers meal prep and find foods that work for them during their long shifts.
I will work with you to develop a tailored plan to meet your goals and specific time availability / restrains.
Your Nutrition Coaching will include:
- Initial consultation (30 minutes, via phone or FaceTime / Skype).
- Dietary recommendations, Macro calculation and a brief Macro explanation to help you build your specific nutrition plan.
- Recipes that will help you reach your goals.
- Weekly check ins via email or messaging. (Day of check in to be decided during initial consultation.)

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you’re looking for something new or to just step up your training, I can help! I work with you to develop a tailored plan that will suit your schedule and your goals.
At this time I offer Personal Training via online or I can create a tailored plan for you to perform on your own, in your own home gym or a gym of your choosing. Then, I will do weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and see if any adjustments need to be made.
